They fixed and installed a new heater for one of my tenants. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and offered advise. The pricing quoted over the phone was "spot on!". They didn't try to upsell me...they only suggested a few changes I might make to actually save money in the future. Awesome! They are going in my permanent file for future projects!

Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring
We just about went without power for Christmas...if it wasn't for these guys we would have been in a jam! We had sudden, bizarre power issues and found some melted *stuff* in our breaker panel. We called them this morning at 8am and they were out within less than an hour and stayed until the job was done --replacing the panel and something outside with the meter that was fried and coordinated with PUD to get a new meter. I cant say enough about how NICE all three of these people were, how fast they got here and the fact that they made everything happen to get our power (and heat!) restored for Christmas weekend! Our new panel looks great and they made sure all the labels on the panel were correct. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Took somewhat longer than estimated to install three digital line-voltage thermostats. The electrician was not familiar with the brand/model that I had purchased. But he was friendly and did the job correctly, and the company only billed me for the amount of time estimated and not the actual time it took, so all is well. I would recommend this company to others.
