The DigiTech service person is personable and easy to communicate with. Was pro-active in setting up and following up on the inspection appointment. The serviceman is knowledgeable about the technology and installation process. He decided to take care of work that same day, with a successful outcome. Also agreed to return should the weather undo the work (the same reason I contracted DigiTech in the first place).

The service was excellant. Service was prompt, and the rates were extremely reasonable. The problem with my phone system was corrected as well as the problem with my survalience equipment. We are now using this company for our computer repairs and updates.

Excellent communication. Very easy to work with. I purchased the main components and Victor handled the install. Very clean install with clear instructions. Everything was tested for proper functioning prior to completion of the job. The estimate was accurate. Could not be more pleased.

He is work was excellent, very good, thorough, everything was done well. He show me how to use the system. I called him later, answered my other questions.
