They didn't end up fixing my fridge because it was too expensive and not worth it, but they came out and evaluated very quickly and were honest about it costing too much instead of trying to sell me more than I needed

Showed up to the house within 30 minutes of being contacted. Fixed the refrigerator by simply cleaning the grills in the back - didn't have to replace any parts. Was in and out quick for a very fair price.
