I had three new doors installed. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that one of the holes for the door handle was slightly off and the tech had to patch it with caulking. Not a big deal.

My salesman Earl was not reliable with his information. I was always the one to call to get updates on my closet doors. He said he would call me back but never did. Gave different prices and his paperwork was never correct. The person that installed the doors was great. He went out of his way to correct the errors.

Taylor did an excellent job replacing my garage service door, and I am 100% satisfied. The new door looks great and he even did a nice job cleaning up after completion. Initially, I was concerned because after ordering the door I got no calls or emails confirming the order or advising me when the work would be scheduled. But the sales rep was helpful in getting that information and in the end all went well.

Work that should have taken no more than 1 week to complete (we were quoted 3 days in writing) took nearly 3 months. The work began on Oct. 18, 2018 and was not completed until Jan. 3, 2019. Punch list and touch up work had to be pointed out repeatedly to the Contractor. Additionally, different workers with varying experience performed the work. Communication between the Contractor and us was poor, even though we sent repeated e-mails, texts and photos identifying the problems we were not pleased with, and communication within their own company regarding schedule arrangements was sorely lacking. A discount was negotiated from the final payment to compensate for the numerous days having to be taken off work by my wife, and the inferior quality of the work accomplished over the 3-month period. The quality of workmanship was very poor based on what we paid for the project. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ken and Sharon Toth

The customer signed the completion certificate and said that they were satisfied with the work. When we asked for payment the next day, a hit list of painting touchups was compiled for us which we addressed, but only late in the day when it was convenient for the Mrs to not miss any work. Then the Mr returned from his business trip and made a new list of items along with the Son. Again, we addressed their paint and finish demands only to be shorted by $500. I think if you want an accurate and truthful review of our company you just need to look at ALL the other reviews on our company, and if you happen to be in the service business, beware of this particular homeowner!
