Don and Pristine Plumbing were great. We needed a new hot water heater and Don was here and had the job done within just a few hours after we first talked on the phone. Could not be happier. Pristine will be our first call for plumbing from now on.

Donn was able to get my issue resolved quickly for a rental property where the shower was not working. It was the only bath in the house so we needed it addressed for the tenant ASAP. He knocked it out with in 18 hours and even had to get parts. Very reasonable rates and good work.

Donn was great to work with. He came out personally, quickly solved my problem and did it all at very reasonable pricing. I'll definitely be using him again for both by business and personal plumbing needs.

Donn answered a few plumbing questions and I was able to fix my plumbing repair myself. Don was fabulous, he trouble shot over the phone, gave me steps to do and connections to double check. I followed his instructions and was able to fix my plumbing project right away. Thanks Donn Botzum! Amazing customer service.
