Repairing drywall in garage ceiling. I've never had a contractor who left a mess for the customer to clean up as did the one. Decorative paint on garage floor now has dots of spackling over much of it. No final walkthrough with manager as expected.

The owner of the company, Brad, responded quickly and met with us in less than a day. We explained all the different projects we had and gave us an estimate on the spot. His two crack workmen, Cory and John, arrived on time and proceeded to immediately get to work. Their skills were impeccable and meticulously cleaned up at the end of the day. I highly recommend Pronto. Thom Rogers.

Corey and John came out to do my fence. They really went the extra mile, literally, when they drove several towns away to find the wood that I needed for the fence. The work was done quickly and the fence looks great! Several of the neighbors have already complimented me on the new fence! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The work had to be redone because the door was reinstalled incorrectly. Pronto Home Repairman to repair the installation was exceptional and quickly fixed all issues with the door and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Otherwise the work quality would have been lower.

I had a job scheduled between noon and 3pm to work on my sliding door. The handyman said he was running late and would be there after 4pm on a Friday. I didn't want to do this since I needed to be sure that the door would be fixed and secure since I was going to be away from home the next day. So the job had to be rescheduled. I requested the first appointment of the day two weeks later and that worked well. He was done quicker than I expected. Happy with the workmanship. Will definitely hire them again.
