Rigged my tub because he didn' t have the cover so he just left the broken one on. He had one that didn' t fix so he forced the broken one back on and left saying it will be okay, weâ ll it is not my tub doesn' t drain anymore. Charged $150.00 for something I could have done in 30 minutes.

"Replaced overflow gasket on the tub, the customer's overflow cover was cracked. the technician did not have a new cover, but did replace the gasket and stopped the leak. Crack in cover was not so that it would cause failure. tub not draining has nothing to do with overflow. For an additional fee, we would have been happy to order a new cover for the customer. The customer was happy at the time of service, and never called our office and said anything. As with some people when his tub became stopped up, he assumed it was our fault because we touched it. with a simple phone call, we would have been happy to work with this customer to achieve satisfaction."

We had our kitchen faucet, drains, disposal, and dishwasher hooked back up after a remodel job. One company quoted me an offensive price. The second company quoted half the first quote but couldn't come for a few days (and was still more that I thought fair), this company charged what was a reasonable, came the next day, and finished in the time frame I had expected (2.5hrs). As long as we have no leaks I would highly recommend.
