My wife and I were pleased from Day 1 when Tom sat down and spent a long time explaining the process and answered all of our questions. Dove and his subcontractors were efficient and respectful of our house when they were coming and going, especially with materials and tools. Tom would check progress on a regular basis and at one point did not like the finished wall in the bathroom and had the crew come back and redo the section of tile. We found Tom to be honorable and we would definitely use him again for future projects

Our addition project is in progress and is going quicker than expected. Tom is very professional and comes by often to check up on things and communicate with us and those working on the project. He returns all of our phone calls and is extremely accommodating to our needs. We are very excited and are very pleased thus far with how our addition is going.

I hired this company in 08 to remodel our fireplace. I was extremely displeased. After getting our business, Tom Cerami failed to return repeated phone calls, failed to follow up on things, and was often forgetful. This created unnecessary delays and aggravation. My project was small and should have been quick. I cant imagine dealing with Dove on a bigger, more complicated project! I will never work with them again or refer them to anyone and I have told them so.

This project did take longer than expected, due in part to waiting on special parts. We went out of our way to help in that area, calling around for them to find what they needed, which we were successful doing. We contacted the homeowners over 10 times throughout the process, and the husband seemed more appreciative of this than his wife. In the end, though it took longer than expected, we did a great job.
