Parker was meticulous in his execution of the project. He also did an overall roof life expectancy inspection. He completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up all debris, and worked in a safe and considerate manner. I will hire him again.

Contractor Parker, isn't a roofer by trade and is inexperienced in all aspects of contracting, cost over runs, time over runs, and excuses are a common link with his end result. did not tarp roof in rainy weather when roof was stripped off like we agreed on and caused me a lot of work and expense in the damage it caused and the time I lost taking care of the problems and waiting for the house to dry. The roof itself seems to be solid, but from the start I had issues with the replaced fascia boards and instead of taking care of these concern when they would of been easy to fix, he ignored my concerns telling me I would be happy with the end results. I am not happy. I would not Hire Parker ever again and don't recommend his service. I think Parker has good potential but no one should have to pay a contractor to learn his trade at your expense, when you hire a contractor for a job I expect an experienced expert in his field.

Parker built a customized 16' x 22' woodshed for us. We are in Bush Alaska, where milled wood is scarce, so first he had to tear down an older structure, then utilize that recycled wood and tin to build the woodshed. He designed an awning at the entrance, a wide enough opening for 4 wheelers to come and go through, and he came up with an idea to put a 'lookout' on top of the shed, through a trapdoor, as a playhouse for our daughters. It's amazing! Not only did we get an excellent woodshed, but our girls got a fun, special place, complete with full railings and a roof. Very innovative.
