Service call to repair my air conditioning unit. The repair person was polite, on time, and while they could not repair the unit gave me estimated pricing on a new install.

At 5 times the price you would expect a little professionalism from a company. They took advantage of my mother-in-law and used her gullibility to way overcharge to the tune of 5x what every other company quoted her, and then left her with a dangerous nest of wires hanging outside the unit. They then charged her even more money to have someone come out and make it look *pretty* instead of doing it right. Save yourself a ton of money and get a real professional to do it right the first time!

I was quoted a different price for basic service over the phone than was actually charged ($108 vs $218). The technician kept coming inside to talk and did not try to maintain distancing.

Nick from Dr Cool was very knowledgeable and helped me get the AC up and running. Very polite and knew exactly what the problem was.

They came the same day they called. Fixed it on the spot and gave us information to help in the future. Very nice and efficient gentleman. Price was very reasonable.
