The technician came to see where a leak in my kitchen was coming from, and without even moving the fridge, he said everything was fine. He would not check the dishwasher either, and said to call someone else to do it, because he was only there to check the fridge. The next day, I got a second opinion from another repair service, and they found a hole in one of the pipes in the fridge right away.

Great experience! They showed up the day I called, quickly assessed the problem, orders the parts needed and returned the day the parts were delivered to instal and finish the job. Would call again for any repairs!
