Contract required completion of job by 9/29/06. It is now November 4th and the job is not completed. Unfulfilled promises, unanswered phone/e-mails, failed to meet deadlines, failed to complete job as prescribed in contract, and work done was not completed to detail.

This company did not do the work it was contracted to do, it was done poorly and incorrectly, appointments were missed without any phone calls or notification and ultimately this job resulted in a dispute in which I asked for a refund and have not received it. I would never deal with this company for anything.

Robyn Jones has stolen our deposit money. Giving Dr. Maintence a check was a very big mistake. He as very helpful until we gave him the check. Then after he or someone order the wrong materials everything went downhill. He no longer called us. He promised that he or his sales person would come to the house to provide us samples that never happened. He flat out lied about starting the job as he said "I forgot that I said that" On OCTOBER 10/2 he emailed me that we would get our check and is 10/10 and still no check. NO PHONE Call NO email... Stay clear of this person he is NOT to be trusted.

Initially, Robyn Jones (Dr. Maintenance) projected himself as professional and friendly. However, he asked me to pay the balance before the job was finished so that he could meet his payroll. After that, he did not meet me at the house as discussed to return the keys, did not return my phone calls or emails about the remaining trash, tar on the skylight, and to date, he has not provided me with a bill showing that a new roof was installed, the total cost, and a receipt for what I paid. The photos that were promised were never sent either. I provided two email addresses and three phone numbers.

I have signed a contract with the company and gave them the down payment and they were supposed to complete it in two weeks. It now has been a month and they have not finished or started the project and have not called me. I will update once I recieve further information. It has now been 2 months and they started the job but never completed it. The owner will not return phone calls and makes promises to come over and never calls or returns.
