Wayne was rude, inflexible, and deceitful about his unsuccessful attempt to complete the work. He made a mess under our sink and in our basement during the process. He also said he would complete the work for $245. When he tried briefly to snake our drain (he claimed he went 50 feet - the following day it was cleared at 30 feet) unsuccessfully, he then said he could come back 2 days later with another process that would cost an additional $450. He was even rude to my parents who were visiting from out of town. He was terrible - one of the worst experience I ve had with contractors.

Wayne was here within an hour and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Extremely responsive, incredibly kind and professional and even gave us great information for preventative maintenance once the blockage was solved. AND he did not mind our dogs wanting to help!

Wayne responded instantly to the emergency call. He arrived on time and diagnosed the clogged sink drain problem, provided a reasonable price and returned the next day to complete the service. Wayne was extremely professional in communication and execution. We are extremely pleased with the service and would recommend him to others seeking plumbing help.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and the service was quick and efficient. I had a drain clog and a toilet that would not stop running, I would highly recommend Wayne and this company! Prices are fair and they provide emergency services! He was here within the hour.

Wayne was awesome. Being new homeowners this was our first experience. Called in, he said he will be there in an hour. He came, fixed the problem with a smile and gave us a lot of tips about the systems and plumbing. I know you can find this knowledge online, but coming from a pro is just great. I would definitely recommend DrainMasters II for any clogs and fuss. Again being new home owners this was a great experience and I am very happy with the call we made.
