I thought the $355 charged for a 45 minute job and minimal parts was excessive. The technician was very knowledgeable, but I am sure I could have found a local plumber to do it cheaper.

Mark was given a quote and a complete description of the work with pricing and a signature was required before the work began. Mark approved the work. 50 minutes later our technician completed the work and Mark began to complaint about pricing. Mark stated he did not know it was going to take less than an hour. The technician discounted Mark's invoice 10% for a total cost of $320. Mark stated that he doesn't feel plumbers should be paid over $200 an hour. We explained that the technician who arrived to his home has been plumbing for over 20 years. In some instances this could have taken others 1.5 hours or more. So we are being penalized for sending out an experienced technician. Let's not mention the toilet was absolutely disgusting. We told the customer to call 3 other local plumbing companies and we are certain he would get a quote at or around our same pricing. We are not handymen. We are licensed, insured, and bonded, and we warranty our work. If the Mark was not happy with our pricing we would have gladly left an estimate and he could've called another company.

They diagnosed the underground problem I had with my water pipes. They were always on time, did a little damage to my yard as possible, finished the repairs on schedule, and were always polite.

I have worked with numerous contractors in my profession for the last 50 years. These guys are that I have worked with. The 2 owners are true gentlemen, professional s , knowledgable and have the hardest workers. Even when they faced an unexpected issue, rather than asking for more money ,they were apologetic for taking longer to finish the job. I can not praise these guys more⠦⠦ I HIGHLY recommend them for any pluming job ,how complicated it is⠦⠦..
