Drain Town Rooter

Hired Drain Town Rooter to clear a root growing in a toilet floor drain that was preventing adequate use of the toilet. The toilet had to be removed from the floor to remove the root after which the toilet was reinstalled. All work and communications were done with complete professionalism and on time. Yes, I would recommend using this company and will contact them if/when needed again for plumbing needs.

The technician, David, came on time, was polite, capable, and efficient. We would be happy to have him help in the future should a problem arise.

We suspected the soaking of our lawn was due to a broken sewer line. Randy B., a company field supervisor, came to our home within three hours of my call to Drain Town Rooter. He did pressure tests on our pipes, walked the perimeter of our property looking for signs of moisture, and inspected the sewer line with a camera. When he was finished, he assured us that that our plumbing system was intact and that our saturated lawn was an HOA issue. Afterwards, my wife took Randy's report to our property manager, who informed us the association had indeed been struggling for months to repair a major breakdown in the community's aged lawn irrigation system. Randy was courteous, thorough, and professional. We cannot say enough about our experience with this company. The inspection it conducted, and the manner in which it was carried out, greatly put our minds at ease. And, I might add, at startlingly reasonable price.

Price was OUTRAGEOUS. One-half of a days work for one man cost me $2500.00 to unclog a drain in the front yard. No muck, no sewage, no crawling under a house, bright sunshine day, and all it was was a cluster of roots in the drain. I am an old disabled guy, and, as soon as he saw my wheelchair, the price went UP.
