Nice work

Would highly recommend Drain Town Rooter to anyone. May be a funky company name but they did a great job on my Tankless water heater install. Ryan was excellent and even came back after I removed the old tank box/stand, had some drywall repair and painting done, to re-route the pressure relief pipe straight down which had been routed around the old tank box. Cosmetic but much cleaner looking. I’d hire them for other plumbing jobs as well.

I am a fairly skeptical person when it comes to hiring repairmen. However, when I hired Draintown Rooter I hit the jackpot. Ryan, their Project Manager/ Owner came out immediately at my request to give me an estimate on replacing my broken main water line. He was courteous and professional, as was the crew that did the repair. His estimate was extremely fair in comparison to the other two I obtained. He was by,three times inspecting all the work that was done. If you need a plumber I highly and confidently recommend Draintown Rooter.

My existing tank water heater was over 12 years old and I wanted to go Tankless before my existing tank broke down. Planning ahead, not waiting for an emergency. Ryan came out and met another quote I had received. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I had researched Tankless Water Heaters and wanted the highest GPM flow and UEF rating I could get. Would up selecting a Navien NPE-240S2. That was his recommendation as well as the one I had pretty much decided on already. Five hours later, it was done. They had covered my washer and dryer and the floor and cleaned everything up afterwards, as if they hadn't been there. Great job, a couple of good suggestions as to the installation (running pipes, condensation pvc, etc.). Would not hesitate to recommend them and refer them to others. Thanks, Ryan!

Told by 3 plumbers that a pipe is broken underneath the house slab. Each offered their own solution: 1) Reroute from the backyard; 2) Reroute from the front yard, cutting through concrete and landscaping; and 3) jackhammer inside the house where the pipe might be broken and possibly chase it! All majorly costly as you can imagine. Randy walks into our house, cleans the *clogged* pipe, puts a camera through, (none of which the other 3 companies agreed to do, each with their own excuse,) and finds that the pipe is actually not broken! Thank you, Randy! You are Godsend, knowledgeable, intelligent, and a pleasure to deal with. We have a plumber we can trust and count on for life!

Easy to work, and together we found a workaround for a deteriorated and unavailable gasket. Listens to customer input, as a a result problem solved. Very satisfied!

Found them through Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately responded to my request for a plumber. We set up an appoint for the next morning with my tenant for the repair. They were prompt, had great customer service, and reasonable for the job they did and response time. Was so impressed Iâ ve hired them for another job.

Zach was great, very transparent about possible prices and was on time. The job ended up being the less of the two prices discussed as well. Overall I could not be happier and will recommend to anyone I come across in need of plumbing services.

Owners and employees are very honest. They are meticulous about their work and left our front yard very clean and neat. Very friendly too!
