We knew the pipe might break when trying to disconnect the hose. We helped to clean up the water and told him it wasn’t his fault it broke. He repaired the connection and set the new hoses in place. The new faucet in the upstairs bathroom was set up fine. 2 Days later we called because there was water under the sink in the cupboard. He came and tried to repair the leak. Final decision was that the faucet was bad, so one is ordered now. My husband is planning to install this new faucet when it comes in. We are fine with his work.

Had a water heater leak, they came out right away to assess and deal with the damaged drywall and get our water heater set up in a temporary spot while everything dried out and got repaired over the following week. It was nice to have one company coordinating the whole thing (drywall repair, paint, new water heater, custom drip pan, etc.). They worked with our insurance company to get the damage repair paid for, taking photos for that purpose throughout the process. Every member of their staff were friendly and professional, and Mike (president) and Andrew (plumbing) made sure everything went smoothly. They were honest about what needed repair/replacement and what could be salvaged. Answered my emailed/texted/voice-mailed questions almost immediately, very responsive and helpful. Great company!
