Sam did an amazing job; careful with the vacuum machine, took his time being thorough, polite, on-time. Honest; Did not charge us for what we didn't need. The house is 50 years old & we've been remodeling since February. Sam sucked out nearly 15 lbs. of dust! He also adjusted the vents for better air flow. You couldn't do business with a better company. And, they're local. Support local!

I would give it 5 stars until I found out that they went into a closet without asking, I showed them the areas to work at and still went to an area without asking, there was no need for them to go into there, for this reason I would not recommend them. Whet is in there is none of their business.

From the customer service to the actual work itself they were a Class Act. They have a do what it takes to make you happy attitude and they guarantee their work. I really didn't want to spend a dime on duct cleaning but with my allergies I needed to do something and I'm glad I did. I didn't realize how dirty they were until he showed me. I typically don't leave messages unless it's a complaint but in this case these guys aren't it great job and keep up the good work. Sincerely mr. Green

technician broke the exterior vent from the dryer on the outside of the house....did NOT inform me or replace it. Just because of that i will not refer this company to any friends. I sent them an email and never heard back....Oh well, a $3 part cost them AT LEAST one customer.
