      I'm very pleased with Dryer Duct Pros. Mike showed up when he was supposed to, was very conscientious about wiping his feet when he'd come in the house (snowy, nasty day outside), was friendly, informative, efficient and just an all-around good guy. I'd recommend Dryer Duct Pros to anyone looking for a real expert in cleaning dryer ducts.

      Dryer Duct Pros responded right away to my initial request for a price estimate. They provided a range of costs that could be incurred based on my description of the work needed. They scheduled my work within days of the initial contact. Technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. Work was performed quickly and proficiently. After the work was completed to my satisfaction, the tech told me what my total cost would be and I was pleasantly surprised that it was on the lower range of the prices quoted to me. My dryer vent is now clear, I have a new improved exterior vent cover and my dryer is drying my clothes very quickly. I would hire Dryer Duct Pros again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

      Were able to show up the next day. Told me they were coming between 1 and 3. Came earlier around 12 so I was happy about that. The guy did a good job, explained everything to me, and they offered a group discount through my homeowner's association. No additional gimmicky charges. Straight forward. I have to get this done every 2 years so I will be using them again in the future.
