He kept his appointment on time, went right to work, knew exactly what our problem was (a 2 story townhouse) and within 45 minutes had us cleaned up and ready to use the dryer. He even inspected the blower inside the dryer to make sure it was clean. Air flow went from 2.1 mph to 8.6 mph when he was finished. I would use him again with no hesitation.
