They only had a indoor/outdoor vacuum and an air hose. We asked about the video of showing before and after photos and they said their camera didn't work on their phone so there wasn't any video. Upstairs they removed the floor registers and put the air compressor down it for only a couple of minutes and used the vacuum. On the upper wall air intake vents they didn't pull the coverings completely off and blew some air. In the laundry closet he put the compressor in the dryer filter and we had stuff flying all over the place. They didn't even pull the dryer out and do the duct behind it. Downstairs they didn't remove any of the register vents or air outlet vents they just blew some air into it (again stuff blowing out all over). They did the furnace by spraying air and vacuuming then sprayed something in there to give some kind of scent. Nothing was put down on the floor to collect anything that came out of the vents. We now have all kinds of dust and particles all over including my clothing line. We will be busy wiping and washing walls down and vacuuming everywhere. We would not recommend using them again or give any referrals for them. It definitely was not worth the money they charged for their service or time. I think they were here only 30 minutes.

they are inexpensive for a minimal need. The extra for furnace clean was higher than I expected. They were unable to clean dryer vents since the dryer was vented through/to the roof. Per Duct Dog, special equipment to clean a dryesr vented through the roof. I was surprised how quickly they completed the vent cleaning job. No longer seeing "black bits of dust floating out of vents. Cleaning was effective.

Technicians were polite,friendly, and gave suggestions to help with problem. Although they arrived late, they completed the job within the allotted time.
