The crew came in and looked at the furnace. And told me exactly what they were going to do. They worked well together an got done in a little more than an hour. They cleaned up as they went. When they showed me the crud they got out of the furnace filter that I had recently installed, I almost fainted. They did a great job and left the house cleaner than when they got here. Great Guys!!

the "service" was a complete fraud, sham, worse than useless, not performed, outright bald-faced lie and deception. I would not recommend them. It was not even an attempt to clean the ducts or furnace, just a pathetic charade. I will be in touch with state authorities.

BUYER BEWARE. Sorry, We do NOT recommend this Pro. In fact, "Pro" does not really apply, based on our experience. They talked a good game during the initial phone contact, and they showed up on time to do the job. But then almost immediately they raised the price by 20% (which we agreed to let them do - their price was _very_ reasonable - should've been the first clue.) A lone cleaner then proceeded to start a VERY shallow and ineffective job of duct cleaning (we have photos and video.) After about 30 minutes total, we had him stop, remove the equipment, and leave. We spoke immediately to the sales office, and also to a "supervisor" on the phone explaining what happened. Again, they tried to talk a good game, promising to call back to reschedule and "re-do" the job... but they did not call back over several days, and we since hired a reputable company - lesson learned. Specific complaints: 1. The vacuum hose was put in place without sealing it to our duct system, leaving a gap wide enough to easily put fingers through, so most of the vacuum suction was lost through that gap - imagine trying to vacuum with a hole in your hose. 2. NO vents were covered during the attempted cleaning, so what little suction might have existed was divided among the 14 vents and 4 returns. 3. NO vent covers were removed for the cleaning. Despite the ability to simply slide most of them away (a few vents would have required a couple of simple screws), the cleaner simply pointed a compressed air nozzle at (and in some cases into) the louvers on the vents. 4. The 11 first and second floor vents were "cleaned" in the manner described above, in a total of about 15 minutes. When we stopped the cleaner and asked simply what further work he had left to do, he said that all the vents were cleaned, and that he was going to complete the job in the basement, cleaning the supply and return trunks. When we pointed out that no effective cleaning had taken place, he weakly tried to defend the job, but then quickly agreed to pack up and go. He was not unpleasant, just totally ineffective. We explained all of the above first to the sales office and then to the "supervisor" who also weakly tried to defend the job ("... he (the cleaner) must have forgotten to bring the proper tools..." <<< yes, the supervisor actually said this!) Again, BUYER BEWARE.

Ask the contractor what his or hers plans are to clean your ducts. After all is done the co. should change the air filter which I checked after the contractor left.Boy was it nasty looking.Anyway we can breath better tonight.
