Ask the contractor what his or hers plans are to clean your ducts.After all is done the co. should change the air filter which I checked after the contractor left.Boy was it nasty looking.Anyway we can breath better tonight.

Called them, they answered and were over to vacuum out our ducts the same day. Noticed a difference in the air quality right away

They removed a furnace filter and didnt replace It correctly. Caused the furnace and water heater to shut down due to backflow issues. Cost me over 300 to have fixed by a plumber and furnace tech. Told me the owner would call me back to discuss but he never did. Big disappointment.

I set up an appointment with this company last week for today. This morning I was contacted by someone who said he was a technician and want to switch my appointment to earlier in the day. I said yes to the switch and then called the company to verify that the person was one of their technicians and that they knew they were changing the time. The person I talked with - Julius or Julian verified the technician was theirs - although it took him a minute to remember. I also asked if the technician was going to be identifiable by uniform or some form of identification. At that point Julius laughed as he said "most everyone in the united states carries a drivers license". I then asked what the technician looked like, was he going to be wearing some type of uniform - again - I am alone in my home and having someone I don't know come into my home. There are too many stories about strangers coming into a home and assaulting the person - even in broad daylight. Julius brushed off my concern and offered to cancel my appointment. He clearly does not understand my concerns. He did however give me a physical description of the technician and what kind of truck he was driving - all the while chuckling as he did it. At this point as you can tell from my ratings I am not overly enthused about this company. However once the work is completed and if I feel differently I will return and change my ratings and review.

They only vacuumed out a small part of the ducts, and did not show me what they got out. I saw the bag which was flat---looks as though they did next to nothing. My ducts had not been cleaned for 20 or more years so there should have been a lot.
