Service was to clean all vents and returns. Crew I believe were just some people contracted by company and not employees of company. I was supposed to receive a before and after picture of my ducts but was never offered one or received on. Not sure if they cleaned all vents or not. Included in price was a dryer vent cleaning but technician said it would be a lot of work due to the venting system so I let that go. After they left they did not turn the fan from on to Auto so I did not notice that the fan on my furnace was running until a few days later. Wore their shoes around my home without any covers. Just a very very poor operation.

The technician arrived a little bit late but was very courteous, efficient and answered all of my questions. I don't have any other companies to compare to but this was a very good experience!

When the duct cleaning job was done the cleaning team showed us a pile of dust and lint in our furnace filter box and told us our furnace now needed to be cleaned for an addional $150, I told them no they vaccumed up the pile of dust and turned the furnace on. Dust was flying throughout the house the tech told us should have let us clean the furnace, now we just have to go room to room doing a thourgh cleaning. Not sure who trained these people, I wonder how clean my ducts are after sending more lint and dust throughout the duct system? Learn from experience won't use this company again!
