We were quoted $80. Made it very clear that this dryer vent was in townhome and went up through the roof. The workers did call ahead and were very courteous. However when they arrived, they had no ladder to get on roof. They drove their truck up to the roof (on the grass) and one of them jumped from top of truck to roof. Not very safe! They got the job done - then proceeded to charge us $100.00 due to having to go on roof. When we paid them, my husband found a check from another customer on our driveway - fortunate they were still there to get the check.

The cleaning was only brushing inside the dryer vent. It did not include any brushing or vacuuming of the dryer. The technician was very arrogant. The customer service was the only good part of the experience.

The price quoted was changed when the technician got to my house. He tried to double the price that I was quoted over the phone and Internet. The technician explained that they made a mistake when quoting me the job. I explained to him that I spoke with a person and explained the layout and vent count of my house. He said she made a mistake and the written quote was wrong. I asked the woman who quoted the job if there would be any change in price when the technician got here and she assured me that there would not be. I was very unhappy about that part however I needed the job done and I paid extra to have it completed. They did reduce the price when I spoke to them over the phone but still not happy that the original price was not agreed-upon.
