The 2 guys that came out were great! They did a good job on the duct cleaning. However I also hired them to clean our chimney. This was a mistake. They did not have the correct equipment to do the job, and the vacuum they had to suck out the ash from my firebox did not have a filter that worked on it. So as they were sucking the ash out of my chimney and firebox, the ash was sprayed into my living room. I asked the guy to stop, he did, went outside, tried to knock the filter clean (filter was all tore up, it simply need to be replace, looked like it was about 20 years old and 100 mice have used it for making a nest). My wife spend 2 hours cleaning our house after they left to get the ash out of the house before our 19 month old could come outside. They should have put a bag or something around my firebox to keep the ash in the box as well, they did not do this, simply left the doors open with the vacuum inside of my fireplace. This did next to nothing, and what it did suck up, what spread all over my living room (bad vacuum). I will hire them again for duct cleaning, however will either search elsewhere, or DIY the chimney cleaning.

Very disappointed in this company. Sam came to my home and did what I thought was a thorough job. I used my dryer less than 24 hours after his visit and the dryer vents were still 95% blocked. Sam did return a few days later to address the issue. It turns out that the vents "bend" in the attic. Sam went to the attic and cleaned out supposedly cleaned out the vents. I asked him if he needed a shop vac and/or if he should clean from the outside to ensure that the entire vent is cleaned. He assured me that all was clear. Not 10 minutes after he left, I put a load in the dryer and received the same error message. Someone was supposed to return to complete the job and no one showed up at the scheduled time nor did they call to reschedule. I have been trying to contact Sam and DuctDogs to return to complete the job and have not had any response. I paid for the service in full on the first visit and still can not use my dryer. Completely unprofessional and most certainly unacceptable!

The service person was a little noncommunicative and was in and out of our house in a matter of minutes. We have to assume he accomplished his job.
