    They didn't do before and after camera shots, but job is done satisfactorily. They stuck with quoted price, and their price was half of their competitor.

    Arrived within window of time scheduled. Work was completed in a professional manner. Quoted price was lower than actual partly due to my unfamiliarity with information they needed. But very satisfied with final cost and scope of work completed. Technician was very knowledgeable.

    Hard to compare when I haven't done this before. Cleaned vent from outside only. I had expected him to check the hose at the dryer connection, but I don't know if this is necessary. He was prompt and businesslike.

    The work they did was good. The technician was very knowledgeable. The reason i don't recommend is because they don't seem to be well coordinated. They had quoted me for the work on the phone, but didn't inform the technian. When he arrived, he was surprised at the quoted price and had to make several calls to sort it out. Not really his fault. The company should have better way to manage and execute per their quoted prices.

    my living room air exchanged was missed. 2 weeks after the cleaning my vents covers were still getting dirty. I never heard the whips going through the vents. I'm certain they simply blew them out. the "Vaccum" that was in the back of their truck was covered. so I'm certain It was just a wet vac. They would be ok if your just doing maintenance cleaning.
