DD came and gave an estimate- that stayed the price I paid. They did the dryer and dryer vent for free. When he came, he was thorough- telling me what was in my ducts, and made recommendations based on that for how often I should get them cleaned. He also cautioned me about the weird placement of my dryer vent and keeping it free of lint as my risk for problems is increased. Didn't make a mess- everything was sucked into the vacuum bin in his car.

The sales person was great, the tech was not. It was shady. We were told $150.00 total. When the tech got here he asked for $650.00, then said 350.00. My Husband refused told him we were told $150.00, then he said oh you must have a coupon, very shady feeling. He cut holes in our vents without telling us that he was going to do that first.

They did not show up the day it was booked for. I had to call them to find the technician was working longer at another job. They did show up on time for second appointment. The cleanup at the dryer vent was poor and when the vent was reattached it was left that a small creature could crawl in. I had to fix that myself.
