    Thorough job. We have had several companies over the years. This was the first that came upstairs and cleaned the vents from top to bottom as well as basement to top. Noticed change in asthma symptoms within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

    The dust was removed and disinfectant was used. The job was well done except for the smell of disinfectant stayed in the house longer than I like.

    I gave them 5 stars. I have no idea how to rate the value for money. They charge the going rate or less for this service; and without the need to have to purchase extra services while getting a complete service.

    The technician was on time, polite and answered all my questions. I was given before and after pictures as advertised AND importantly, the price was exactly as quoted before work began. I would definitely hire Duct Dogs again.

    Performance great, service not so great. First appointment, after waiting for 2 hours, I called them, said that they were still having a problem on the preceding job but they could come "soon". Second appointment, they called just at the scheduled start time to cancel because employee came in sick. Third appointment, came an hour late. But after all that, the Duct Dog Guy was fast and thorough, very professional, showed us the pictures, did a great job.

    Duct Dogs was quick and efficient in their work. They send before and after pictures of all the work they do on your ducts so you can verify the job was properly done. Their flat rate for duct cleaning also makes the process easy.
