The service person showed up late, and he did not empress me with his work. I had to go from room to room taking off all the vent covers myself. He did not clean them off or put them back on. The covers were all dusty and dirty, I guess that s not part of the cleaning service. After he left I started to put back all the vent covers myself and noticed dust and dirt around the vent areas. I took a damp sponge and wiped the area were the air comes out. It was filthy. I was not happy with the service I received and would not recommend them to anyone else.

All air ducts seem to have been cleaned although I couldn't really tell by the one before-and-after picture that was taken. Psychologically, I do feel better knowing they've been cleaned. Glad I got them done!

Nagotiated over the phone 350 for everything inculding the mains. The guy came in and did the same service another company was going to do for 179. He hooked the vaccum up in the basement and used a samall compressed air gun for a few seconds at each vent. I thought I was getting camera inspection and the mains cleaned out. The bill was lowered to 250 but when I asked about the rest of the work I was told no it would be higher than 350 so I just paid and will move on.

The guys who actually did the work were friendly and efficient, but I was under the impression from the email the company sent me and my phone conversation with them that there were no hidden fees and I thought we were getting the top of the line cleaning at that price. It turns out that wasnt the case.
