I was expecting that the actual ducts running to the floor registers would be cleaned with a brush of some type. The cleaning was limited to blowing compressed air into the floor vent while a vacuum hose in the main duct was in place to suck out some of the dust. The main return and supply ducts were cleaned, but the individual duct lines were not brushed out.

Our technician, SAM was very knowledgeable about Duct cleaning, but his English needs some "polishing", otherwise we would recommend them easily. Was scheduled with a competitor NOT listed on Home Advisor, but they couldn't accommodate us on the weekend. But Duct Dogs could!!

The first appointment was between 8 am to 10 am, no call no show. After many calls they told me there truck broke down, I asked did your phone break down too? Made a 2nd appointment , and after they left the dryer quit drying. The outside vent was plugged i. I removed the elbow from the dryer and it was completely blocked. I took pictures of all of this and sent it to 'Duct Dogs' in a email ,they told me that in my $300 complete cleaning package that included the dryer vent It didn't mean that it was an dryer vent cleaning. I asked for a refund and they wanted to give me $50, talked to someone else they said ok, we will refund you $75. In my e-mail I said a complete refund, It took me 1.5 hours to clean my dryer vent + $300 for a so called "Complete" cleaning of all of my ducts. I trusted Home Advisors to deliver a repable service provider. I understand that things happen but , not refund because of bad service! Beware of this company , they give a new meaning of being taken to the cleaners. Note: I have the pictures to back up my complaint!

It appears that they didn't move furniture to get at hard to reach vents to clean them. over the phone they said that the service would cost $200.00, but when they got here they said that the ducts were dirty so they needed to charge $300.00 to clean the ducts. I cannot recommend this service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them a ZERO stars I would. We hired them for air duct cleaning. They never took the vent covers off or showed the before and after photos that they were supposed to. The technician was in and out in 45 to 50 minutes. When we took the covers off to check they were filthy. We promptly called to complain and sent photos. We were told what should have been done and that we would receive a call back. The young woman on the phone agreed that the photos were terrible. We never heard back from them. We called repeatedly for a week with no one answering our calls. Our check was cashed promptly the next day before I could stop payment on it. I have sent a formal complaint to the company requesting they either come back out and fix their terrible performance or refund my money. I will be going to small claims court if I do not hear back from them. Shotty Terrible work done by their technician. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

They appeared to a do a good job but now my heater won't work. I've called and left messages and emailed them. They replied will check into it and nothing more. They never returned my call.

Price was better than other companies. Did a decent job overall I guess, but I cannot actually see inside the venting system.
