    Easy to schedule a time that worked with my schedule. Arrived on time. Did a thorough job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent. Price was a good value, compared to a few of the other quotes I got. Will definitely use this company again.

    I had just installed all new supply and return grilles in my house. I thought a duct cleaning company would remove them before cleaning. The tech just stuck the air tools through the openings. Now my return grilles are bent. They also did not take before pictures or run a camera through the ducts as advertised. I knew my ducts were filthy, so this was less of a concern. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Have a new air filter on hand before any duct cleaning. I think the process pushes a lot of stuff through the system. I had just replaced the filter a week prior and it was nasty after the ducts were cleaned.

    I used Duct Dogs when I moved out of a rental home, and was not there at the time their services were performed. Having said that, they provided photos of their work, in process and after completion. When I came back to check the work, the house looked undisturbed and clean. There customer service leading up to the work was very professional and there were no surprises. I would use them again.

    The service provider was courteous, however, he used a bathroom and left the seat up, he used my ladder that I had placed to install curtain rods, but he never asked to use either. I was a little unnerved by that. Also he didn't reopen the vents that he had closed so the house got very warm when I had several guests over later in the week. Nothing earth shattering, just irritating.
