Standby generator would not run, had this company take a look. They ended up taking the entire unit for a month. Brought it back and would only run in manual mode, this cost $1500. I was told he would be back and fix so it would work in auto mode (the purpose of a standby generator) and never came back or responded when I reached out.

This is just wrong on so many levels. The generator was infested with mice!! They chewed through half the wiring in the generator which I fixed. The transfer switch had caught fire and that ended up needing a new circuit board to the cost of $700 ish. The propane hook up was dangerous and customer would not fix. This customer has never reached out to me and oh yea the best part this was two + years ago and the generator did still need other parts (we knew this) for the automatic function to work but he was going though financial hardship so that was put on the back burner. CONTRACTS BEWARE!!!! This guys a gem. He is most likely drunk while wri

Response was fast and communication was great. Considering the only service provided was an on-site analysis of why the generator wasn't working, it would have been nice to have been given a written summary of same to support the brief verbal. From a business perspective, this written statement inclusive of estimate to resolve the issues may have enhanced the potential of securing the work. Sorry to say that a brief verbal confirmation that I need parts valued at 3x the initial service cost and a receipt from someone that I have no history with, does not instill the type of blind confidence required to seal the deal.... having said this, I haven't closed the door.

I was very impressed at first. He contacted me right away and showed up. He diagnosed the issue with my generator and said he'd need to order a part to fix it properly. I paid him for services rendered and he told me it would take about 2 weeks. That was the last I heard from him. It has been almost 6 weeks. He hasn't returned any of my phone calls. My generator still isn't completely repaired and we are heading into the worst of winter. I cannot recommend as he is not reliable. Oh, he didn't send my receipt either. Just bad, bad customer service. I am very disappointed.

I am sorry about not getting back to you. I have been so busy and some days working without cell service. I try and check all of my voicemails each day and create a geographic game plan for the following day and week. My plans and work load just hasn't gotten me up around your way even though it usually does. I was trying to buy time and I apologize for my delinquency. I am sorry. I can still help you if needed. I fell bad I dropped the ball on this. I know your generator is still operational so I have just moved to the back ahead of others that are not. That's what it really boiled down to but again, I'm sorry.
