I originally was looking for pest control because after some roommates moving out I began seeing some roaches in the house. The internet scared me into believing I needed a pest control company. Bob came out and did an initial inspection. He noted some other issues such as crazy ants and wasps outside. I decided to move forward with a one time spray. The technician came out and conducted the treatment. He mentioned that for the next 2 weeks there may be increase activity. This made sense to me. Now, 2 weeks later and I have an ant problem in my house which I have never had before. I ve called the company and asked what they could do for me because I never had an ant problem inside until they did their treatment. Bob suggested that I could have $100 off their annual treatment which includes follow up visits. I do not see the point in paying more money for them to possibly create more issues. I feel like because I chose the one time treatment that they purposely aggravated an issue to make me want to upgrade to the annual contract. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know and hope that this helps someone choose another company in the future. I now have to spend more money to fix a problem that they created. ***UPDATE*** The president of the company reached out to me about my ant issue. He offered a full refund and sent a senior technician to fix the ant problem. It has been almost two weeks since the treatment and it seems to have fixed the ant problem. I am hesitant to rate the company higher because it is unfortunate that it took a lot of negative reviews before my problem was solved. However, the president of the company really cares.
