Tony arrived proptly to give me a quote on removing old driveway and installing a new one. His price was was within my budget. As a widow I appreacted their professionalism! They did excellent work and I'm proud of my new driveway.

Tony was not responsive and did not keep his commitments to call back or to show up when he said he would. We scheduled the work on 3-20, and we were told Tony would come by between 6 and 6:30 on 3-22 to give us an estimate. He did not show, nor did he call. I called the company on the following Monday, 3-25 and they said they would have Tony come out. He did come out that Monday, gave me an estimate & we agreed on a price and he told me he would call me either Thursday 3-28 or Friday 3-29 to tell me when the work would begin. I did not hear from him at all, so I called Tony on the following Monday, April 1. He told me he could do the work on April 17, but he forgot what date he told me and had to call me back a few hours later because he didn't write it down. Someone did come on Wednesday, 4-17 and started the work. The sidewalk was actually poured on Thursday, and he was supposed to come back on Friday 4-19 to remove the forms. He did not show, nor did he call. I called the company on Monday, 4-22 to get someone out to pull the forms. Tony was sent out the same day and removed the forms. Apparently, Tony has a problem with Friday commitments.

I am sorry to hear that you where unsatisfied with the delays. Unfortunately with this crazy TX weather we have been getting in the past 3-4 weeks everything has been unpredictable. Concrete and wet weather are just not friends. Everytime it was almost dried out it rained again and we had to wait it out. The outcome of your small walkway really did turn out beautiful though. We appreciate doing a project for you and at the end of the day there isn't a complaint about the out come. Thank you most kindly!

Great experience working with Tony. Tony did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was easy to work with and a fantastic job it was at an extremely resonable price. I would hire him again for any concrete work that I do in the future. My driveway and parking area looks fantastic.
