      Dwayne replied to a request placed in the middle of the night for air conditioning repair during a hot weekend. He was extremely polite and kind and came out early on a Sunday morning even though they were closed. Unlike other companies who try to sell you a new system, he took the time out to explain things to me and showed me what to check for first should I have the same issue again and said that with maintenance my system should last a few more years. Dwayne was very honest and respectful and made me so comfortable that I immediately signed up for their service plan. Thank you Dwayne!

      Dwayne Ferguson is one of the kindest, most responsive, and most thorough contractors with whom we've ever had the pleasure of working. We had our 25-year-old gas fireplace serviced just two months ago by a company we've been using for several years. However, when the fireplace suddenly stopped working again just as we entered one of the coldest spells in many years, we couldn't get through to this other company and, from prior experience, knew that with just one technician on their staff, we'd probably be forced to wait several weeks or even months before they could get to us. I found a recommendation for Dwayne from a very satisfied customer on NextDoor and we immediately reached out to him. Much to our shock and pleasant surprise, he not only answered when we called but offered to come out that same day to diagnose the problem and even showed up earlier than he had originally scheduled. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix and parts had to be ordered, but within 24 hours Dwayne gave us a very reasonable price quote for the repair and was out here just a week later to make the repair. The fireplace, which we absolutely LOVE and use constantly, is working like brand new. He was thorough in the way in which he dismantled and reassembled the fireplace and left the space afterward in pristine condition. Not only that, he called the next day to be sure we were still happy with the work he had done. Dwayne is truly phenomenal and knows his stuff. I can't recommend him highly enough and we will definitely use him again. As a matter of fact, we've already scheduled a follow-up appointment for next January 2024 for an annual cleaning/servicing of the fireplace so we don't find ourselves once again without it. If you're having issues with your fireplace, call him today. I assure you that you will not be disappointed.
