Hired dynamic A/V (John) when an in-wall HDMI wire went bad. Nice enough guy who came out at the pre-determined time and was able to confirm a bad HDMI cable. No easy way to repair it outside of opening the wall and removing the old wire which I opted to do myself. When he came to the Appointment. - He had never mentioned any cost for coming out to give an estimate. It ended up being close to $100 just for coming out. He did explain that long HDMI wires are prone to going bad so sold me an Ethernet to HDMI converter and recommended I run a Cat 6 rather than an HDMI. He offered to do this but as mentioned above - I know how to run wired so did it myself. He told me this would be the best option for future upgrades. I should have looked around more, The Ethernet to HDMI he sold me was way overpriced after I looked up market value. After running a cat 6 - I wish I had done my own research and ran an optic cable as I am now limited on the definition I can receive via the Cat 6 to HDMI. Not even able to use my kids Xbox one on the 4K setting due to this issue. Would have expected a company specialized in A/V to know this but he obviously did not. Ultimately hired him to hopefully save me some time but ended up spending unnecessary money on dating recommendations. As mentioned above, super nice guy - but would not hire them again for any A/V issues.

I am sorry you were not satisfied with my service. The charge was for the time to troubleshoot your system and providing a solution. You also had a damaged surround receiver which needed service or replacement. The cost of the 4K video extender is normal for the brand and model that I sold. I was able to demonstrate that the system was working while I was there. If you felt that the product I sold you was not working properly, you should have reached out to me and I would have worked with you. My business is based on quality work and relationships. I do not have the luxury of quantity like large stores do so I always try my best to make.

Fantastic service. I couldnâ t be more pleased with the finished work. Dave knew exactly what I wanted- and nailed it. We wanted a 65â TV and sound bar mounted about 7-8 feet high (above a giant mantle)â ¦plus we wanted all the wires/cables concealed. He did a fantastic job. About as professional as it gets! Would HIGHLY recommend- and we will use him again for all our AV needs.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
