The lawn was great. However, during the lawn care process, one of the associates hit a rock and shattered my glass screen door! While I understand that mistakes happen and I appreciate them taking full responsibility, the process of replacing my door was despicable. So terrible, that I will NEVER use them again. What was supposed to have taken 7-10 days to fixed took two months. This was during the summer months when all types of nature emerge. Daily we would have to fend off spiders, slugs and frogs that would have normally stayed away. Not to mention how aesthetically unpleasing it is for others to see. When we were not being ignored, we were told that the door is on back order. If your door company is that unprofessional, then one should cease to use them. After a month and a half, we told him that we NEED our door because we were hosting an event. Ignored again. Once we threatened to go to a recognized store and give them the bill, that is when we get assistance, but what we got was a plexiglass screen that was nowhere near the price of our original glass. After another month of being told that our glass is still being made. I contacted the glass company myself only to find out that MY GLASS WAS NOT ORDERED UNTIL 3 DAYS BEFORE I ASKED WHICH WAS TWO MONTHS AFTER IT WAS BROKEN! Nothing was offered to us to appease the situation. No free mows,.. nothing. As I said before, the mow was great, but that is it. BTW, I keep every email, text, picture, and notes from phone calls just in case someone tries to discredit me.

Besides a little confusion on the address ( neighbor got their yard done for free) they did a great job of removing all the leafs from two properties. Plan to hire them in the spring to cut the grass on a regular bases.

When scheduling my gutter cleaning I specifically asked if I could pay with a credit card. Upon completion of the work by the service rep. I was told that first time customers had to pay cash, which I didn't have. I then had to drive to the bank with the service rep. following me to get the cash. I asked the rep. for a receipt for my payment and was told he didn't supply the receipt but I would receive an email with the invoice showing full payment. Never received anything.

Very very nice company. They were very professional. Once they contacted me, my schedule is crazy but they were very good about working with me on it. Very flexible and accommodating.

I solicited yesterday for lawn services and Dynasty Touch responded immediately. They agreed to come by this morning (Sat) to assess my lawn and provide me a quote. They came on time, provided me a reasonable quote, and proceeded to cut my lawn. They were very professional and my lawn looks great. He walked me around the property to point out certain issues ay and even provided a small bit of education. I plan to hire them for regular lawn maintenance care. So far...so good! Very impressed!
