E Appraisal Services, Inc. is horrible! Mr.Edmund Chiang was paid in full 5 days ago when he appraised the property and not only has he not provided the appraisal report but he does not return any of my calls. I am incredibly disappointed I used his service and if I dont get the service or a full refund for the service paid for I will be forced to take legal action. You should remove his company from your website before he defrauds other consumers.

The report was delivered as promised. The customer was irate for some unknown reason. I returned her calls and the report was finished in 5 days because it was more complex than usual.

Mr. Chiang was prompt in returning my call, and went right out and did the appraisal that day. I had the written appraisal emailed to me within 3 days, and a hard copy is being mailed right away. The appraisal itself is thorough, and Mr. Chiang was extremely helpful in his comments and summing up of this commercial property appraisal. I definitely would use E Apprisal's services again and recommend him highly.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from E Appraisal Service Inc. The work was not only thorough and complete, but the turnaround time was unbelievable. The quality of the appraisal gave me a degree of confidence that I was lacking previously. Specifically, Edmund Chiang went above and beyond his job requirements and far surpassed all of my expectations. He was courteous and up front - something which I greatly appreciated. He also took a good deal of time to talk me through the process, which as a first time home buyer was invaluable. I would highly recommed E Appraisal Services - a truly stellar job!
