The company got to us quickly. When I explained what I needed he said, *I have someone in your area. He can be there in 1 or 2 hours.* I waited and waited. It was more like 5 hours later. I think the person on the phone was more interested in getting the job than telling me the truth.

My technicians name was Mike and he was really punctual and explained everything I needed to know about my new opener and all of my options.   9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
