I thought I had explained that I wanted my exterior wooden front door completely sanded and re-stained. The contractor did not sand it down completely enough and then put varnish on it for interior wood. The front door looks better, but I can still see some sun bleaching / fading from original staining. When I questioned the contractor after he was finished, he said that I would have to contract with someone else to remove the door, completely sand it down and refinish, and that it would cost a lot more than he charged. I was charged $300 for about 2 hrs of work.

Steve was very patient with coming out to my house for a consult/estimate multiple times to ensure we were on the same page for my screened in porch and top deck project. He came to the job site every day to check in and make sure everything was up to my liking. He then sat down with me at the end to go over the breakdown of final costs. As a new home owner, I cannot say how grateful I am to have had Steve and his team at Epic View making my vision come to life. I would highly recommend them for any home project, big and small!
