I had a ground water problem near a retaining wall that was damaging the wall stucco. Paul Dickerson of Earthadelic came out to our house to discuss what was needed and give us some ideas of what could be done. He developed a plan for fixing the problem and enhancing to look of the area with new edging and additional stone covering on the ground at our home in Loudon County. The work was done on time and in budget very professionally by crew foreman John Walker. John communicated very well during the work and made sure the job and cleanup was done to our satisfaction. Paul ensured a second coat of stucco was added to assure the wall repair matched the rest of the wall. This required picking up additional material to make a good match with the wall finish. The added work was finifhed in one day. Following the work Paul visited the house to inspect the job and make sure we were fully satisfied. Great job by all

I do not know where to start and will be adding more to this review in the future. In short, Earthadelic misrepresented the supplies they were using to build a patio cover to be of a higher quality than what they actually used, they committed many installation errors resulting in a faulty drainage solution, they reused old excavated dirt filled with debris and gravel to regrade my yard leaving it full of trash and gravel. I was not able to see the gravel and trash in the yard because of thick straw covering laid down after seeding. When I noticed the numerous problems I contacted the owner Dale. Three times he told me he would come out to my house to inspect the issues but never showed. I have come to realize that my only recourse is legal action to recover some of my losses and reached out to the owner one last time. He informed me that he was unwilling to do anything to help correct any of the problems. I am planning to move forward with legal action against the company. As you can see from the owners response below Ive reach out to them numerous times trying to get the issues resolved. One of the key issues is that the owners showed no concerns for the details of operations of the job. Different crews would show up on different days with multiple crews having no idea of the scope of work or the design. There was no quality control. There were continual excuses and misrepresentations as evidenced here in the owners reply. Im working on a full discourse with documentation, timelines and pictures for a small claims case against earthadelic. After the case is settled Ill post the discourse to help prevent the same experience from happening to others.

Grant, Alvaro, Rommel and their team did a fantastic job on the landscape design, hardscape and planting at our new home. They were so pleasant and easy to work with, and they quickly addressed any concerns we had. We have received many compliments from our visitors.

The project was delayed a few times. They said because of weather. It was supposed to take 2 days and it took at least a week. I liked Paul and his ideas but I spent twice as much as what I had initially budgeted because he assured me it would be worth it. He asked if I was prepared to spend $20k on landscaping and I said NO, but he still came back with a $21k plan! After some doing he got it down to $13k, but it was so not worth it. After a week there were weeds growing up everywhere thru their so called weed barrier. And after 2 months since they seeded the back yard, I just have mostly weeds. So disappointed that I wasted so much money.

Great workers and boss.

Earthadelics was hired to perform a complete bathroom remodel. They brought in our bathroom remodel project on budget and 1 day ahead of schedule. Their Coordinator Brett came up with ideas and alternative materials for us to stay on budget and get our dream bathroom. Frankie and his 2 man crew are very knowledgeable on all aspects of the job. Everything from wall removal and new walls built, electrical relocation, lights and exhaust fans/ lights relocation, plumbing relocation, heater vent relocation and right through to all the finishing and trimming out of new flooring, cabinetry, vanity, plumbing and electrical. We would recommend them and consider them again for future jobs.

work is not done but the quality he showed of how they would build and the material they use his so much better then an we have seen. we had a sunroom added on to or other house before we moved here it was falling apart the quality was nothing like this.
