The man arrived, Unfortunately, without the correct lock to replace on my door. Then he had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring him the correct lock.

They didn't call back as promised, but think there was a mixup. Once they realized it they went right away the next day. Was for a rental, so not sure, but assume all was good. Very polite and friendly.
