I'd highly recommend Gilbert Contracting. Their work renovating our bathroom included laying tile, building a whirlpool tub frame, setting up cable & electric for a wall-mounted TV, installing a vanity and painting. They did drywall, moved doors/ walls, fixed windows, and more. The work was excellent, their rates reasonable & we're very happy with the outcome. The only negative was the plumber that they used was always late and incredibly frustrating. I hope they find a new one to use!

Peter and his organization are top notch. Although his cost is reasonable, the quality of the work was superb. He was very flexible throughout my project, which was very important due to the many changes my wife and I made. And he has a great eye and offered many valuable recommendations in a very respectful manner. I have already recommended Gilbert Contracting to multiple friends and family. Good, honest contractors are difficult to find. Perter and his company are the best I've found in AZ.

I had Peter Mirata, and Gilbert Contracting Company remodel my master bathroom. Its a small bathroom and was supposed to take a week. It turned into a 3 week nightmare. They were inconsistent on what time they showed up and didnt work very long when they did show up. The quality of work and attention to detail is very poor. The tile shower floor is bumpy and they refused to fix it. Gave excuse after excuse that it needed to have a slope to drain properly, I understand that. But its uneven and has bumps in it that trap water in pools. But they just spot fixed it and made more humps and bumps. Horrible company.

The shower floor was fixed twice for the homeowner, he wanted a flat floor but it needs to be sloped to drain correctly, the project went long due to changes in design and additions to the original project. His wife was very happy with the project when we finished.

4 day job. on time, communication was great. They stayed in the 'background' and did the job I hired them for. So pleased w/ the result on building a wall in my garage - that we hired them to do tile work in the house. Competitivley priced, quality work. I have them saved on my list for any/all future contracting type work.
