This roofing company was hired to roof a home in Sebastian Fl. Once the contract is signed the office never answers its phone. There is no one in charge, none knows what is happening or when. Then you are passed around from roofer to roofer never knowing who is responsible to get the roofing started or bring it to completion. They pressure you for money and that is when you will hear from them. They failed inspection multiple times on our roof. Now in the master bath we have water running down our walls and through our ceiling. The problem has persisted although they attempted to fix it once, twice and a third time. When I realize the roof was leaking so badly, I stopped payment on the final amount, because our damage was evident. We have ceiling damage, paint damage and now mold damage. One of the supervisors told me I had purple or green sheetrock on my ceilings. In fact I had had the popcorn removed a year ago and it was sprayed with texture. Our sheetrock is white/grey in color. They said they is no way we could have mold because the sheetrock would not mold, nor would it mold in the attic. They told me they were going to bring a mold test kit and test it. I do not believe this roofing company is a licensed mold tester, so I have not allowed that. Our home is not repaired and now they have placed a lien on the home. Yesterday I had a licensed mold inspector come to the home to test it for mold. It was positive in all the areas where the leaks occurred after the new roof was put on by Ed Clark Roofing. The test was supposed to be paid for by ED Clark Roofing, according to Sam (who no longer is employed by the company) but Ed Clark was no where to be found to get the testing paid for after his manager Sam either quit or was fired. Sam told us he had upward of 300 phone calls a day with complaints and that he was the only one that would answer his phone. Sam was the only one you could ever find, the office never answered the phone calls which have been numerous from us concerning the leaks. They also never ever return messages. But Sam's phone is now disconnected. So we shelled out the 650.00 for the mold testing. We were forced to move out of the home last week due to the continuing leaks and the mold mold developing. We are now forced to find housing elsewhere until the problem has been resolved by us, as Ed Clark the owner has NEVER EVER CALLED US. The people we have been in contact with have all quit or been fired and their phones disconnected. I have asked twice for their liability insurance carrier, by email and phone, and it has never been turned over. We will now have to go the legal route and hire an attorney. We will also be sending complaints to the state licensing board and the city where the home is located. I do not have an estimate on our damages yet, but believe it will well exceed $10,000. We have to remove a large mirror, cabinets, including linen closet, sheetrock in the garage and master bath, repair the walls and repaint. BEWARE AND DO NOT HIRE! THE WORST CONTRACTOR WE HAVE EVER HIRED

Customer service was superb. Darryl was my estimator and performed all project oversight. He was able to schedule us right away due to our needs and schedule. He did exactly as he said he would, fixing other non-major issues without asking for more money. Joel was the tech who did our work...very knowledgeable and detailed in his work. There are cheaper folks out there, but you may not get the quality and customer service that Ed Clark Roofing provides.

The repairman came out as scheduled. He fixed our roof snd noticed some other areas that needed help and just went ahead and fixed them without charging us any more money. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the service. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need to.

My first estimate was to replace ALL of the tiles because he said that my tiles were obsolete and no longer available. Ed Clark Roofing said that he could do the job, and OH by the way he has a much higher customer satisfaction rating with his customers.

I had two repair estimates from that ranged from $18,000-3,500. I kept looking and found Ed Clark Roofing. Wow, I am so glad that I did. The other two companies were a rip-off by doing repairs that I didn't need. When Daryl came to my house he was very honest and the cost was less than $400. The torn shingles are matched so closely, its hard to see where the repairs were done. They removed all the debris too. If I ever need a roofer again Ed Clark Roofing will be my first call.
