Tad did a thorough job on our project, which included many different tasks. He installed flooring, reshaped a shower, built a custom cabinet, installed lighting, installed tile, and put in new basement windows. All tasks were done with the utmost precision and craftsmanship. We did not know Tad prior to us hiring him to paint our home. We got three estimates, and Tad came up the lowest… By far. With the lowest price bid, I questioned what kind of quality I would be getting for my money. For those of you having similar questions prior to embarking on a major project, I can assure you that hiring Tad is the best bang for your buck you ll ever get. His quality and expertise is top notch. I hired him to paint our three-story home, after some contractors wouldn t even give me a bid for such a feat. Tad did not even bat an eye, and he had all of the equipment and know-how To complete the difficult project in a matter of a couple of weeks. He works from sun up to sundown. He didn t even come into use our restroom! He has a great personality- quiet but witty and smart. He went above and beyond, fixing things beyond the scope of the painting project when I d ask him about our water leakage and insects. He fixed Rotten boards before painting over them. He earned my trust, and I will contact Tad again for any home improvement project in the future!!
