I believe that Daniel tried to keep my television. No responses after multiple calls and messages. It was only when I had a representative from Home Advisor reach out to them that we had contact. He told me that it would take a week to get the TV repaired but ended up taking 3 weeks. We missed out on watching all of the Holiday Events that were on TV. Was inconvenient for my guests. He would only adjust the taxes on my bill when I asked for a discount.

Kept TV for two Months, did not fix it. Returned it with a broken panel that can't be repaired and had to be thrown out. TV Panel was not broken when he picked it up.
Response by Electronic City: The parts on this TV was not available and we let the customer know, he decide to wait for the part but the panel was defective, the panel was not broken the panel is defective.

I guessed that I had a major issue with my 2007- 65" TV. I had replaced the bulb once and do not recall what we paid. This guy seem to know what was needed within very much time. He ordered the bulb and did a good job. I like not having to load my TV in the Van and take it to a repair shop.
