Required ice maker repair. Jon of Eleet returned call promptly. Explained process and cost. Called one half hour prior to arrival to give a heads up he was enroute , Parts had to be ordered. Jon returned when parts arrived. Installation went smoothly. Polite, prompt, no hassle service.

Does good timely work for a reasonable flat fee for labor plus parts. Just make sure he puts your appliance back together accurately.

I strive to do my best with every customer and give my 100% to everyone and treat each person as if they were part of my family so if you are unhappy with the way your Appliance was put back together you are more than welcome to call and we would have fixed any uncertainty or problem that we may have caused we are all human. I understand everyone is entitled to a mistake but please give me the opportunity to correct it. as this review is dated for May 10th 2018 the work was completed in December of 2016 and this is the first time I am hearing of any problems or concerns.

Very quick response time. Tech was knowledgeable. Price was half I was quoted from another repair company that failed to properly fix my microwave. This repair saved me from having to completely replace my wall oven microwave combo and I am very grateful!

Jon was a great communicator while getting appointment set up. He was also very fast and efficient while diagnosing the problem with our dryer. He fixed it in a jiffy. We will be calling him again if we need.

One man shop - Jon. Very down to earth and professional. As a solo female homeowner I always worry about getting taken advantage of, but John was very honest and helpful in educating me about my appliances and the future maintenance I should do on them. Would definitely recommend. He was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with.
