Ivan did multiple jobs for me for the last 8 years. ( flooring, tub replacement, cabinets install, counter top install, replacing doors. He has been very professional, and his work is amazing. I would recommend him for any of your jobs.

Ivan was responsive, fair and very knowledgeable. We were so impressed with his work ethic, attention to detail and respect for our home. We have LVT installed in three rooms, one room had a lot of angles. Ivan took his time and it shows in the results. We love the floors! I will recommend Ivan to all of my friends and family. And if we have any more flooring or tile projects in the future, he will be the first contractor we call.

Ivan is professional, attentive, and has excellent attention to detail in his work and customer service. We strategized the flooring project together with laminate and carpet replace/re-padding and the rehab urned out beautiful. Highly recommend great communication and integrity at fair price.
