Everything Elegant did was top notch, from sales, to preparation (cutting to spec) to installation. Their price was very fair.

Lucy (the owner) was amazing. She worked with me to find the perfect quartz countertop. She steered me away from this green stuff I had picked out on my own and I am so grateful. I love my countertops in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Her suggestions regarding the edge gives the island this amazing weight that I love. They came back and put the same stone in the window seals. It just looks so great. I also love the sink which is solid surface and cleans so nicely. I love being home and in my kitchen.

Elegant stone was fantastic to work with. Our countertops were installed Sept 2019. Lucy helped me make many decisions, she discussed my needs and helped guide me to selecting which surface I wanted. When I changed my mind she worked with me again. When my granite slabs arrived Elegant stone contacted me about their concerns about the slabs. They said it may or may not be a problem but wanted me aware. Henry from Elegant stone then went with me to look at Granite slabs and he very carefully inspected each slab that I selected to make sure I was getting a very quality product. Then the installers were wonderful. Through our remodel process I felt the Elegant stone installers for my countertops were the most respectful and took most care to protect my floors and my cabinets as they were installing my countertops. I have BEAUTIFUL countertops. I am so pleased with them. I have and would recommend Elegant stone to anyone looking to replace their countertops in the future.

This company was great to work with. Henry communicated with me frequently and immediately answered my questions. My counters are a beautiful quartz no one else in the valley was offering and everything was completed on time, and with high quality. They did a particularly excellent job of placing he pattern in the most effective, striking areas. The prices were extremely competitive, the service excellent, and I couldn t be happier with the finished product. Strongly recommend.

Elegant Universal Stone was the least expensive by hundreds of dollars, quickest response and most professional of all 4 places I called. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very happy that I hired them. Their service is very professional, and thorough. They also took care of my installation within 3 weeks which to me was fast because the last vendor I used, I waited over 2 months. I love their workmanship and my kitchen looks beautiful.

All the contractors are very busy these days here is Salt Lake City, so plan your project well in advance, and plan on having your kitchen torn up for a few weeks. The guys at Elegant Universal Stone were able to work around my custom tile back splash so that I didn't have to replace it also. They pointed out that I would need to use a 2cm granite not a 3cm slab so that when everything was installed I would not have a gap between my new tops and my custom tile back splash. (something I would not have thought about) My first choice of slabs was rejected do to some cracks that would be very hard to work around, so I had to choose something else. I would recommend check out all the slab yards in your area and then choosing your slabs and also a 2nd choice that you would be happy with to prevent any delays. Thanks for a great job. :)

Requested custom sill for garden window and found the product to be totally satisfactory to my vision. Company provided superior product with polished stone under ledge overhang. I chose a complimentary stone of different thickness and the folks installed a beautiful transition bevel edge. Excellent experience, commited to timeline and quality of product.
